There is no shortage of hotels on the Las Vegas Strip to accommodate any taste and budget. Regrettably, to find pet friendly hotels on Las Vegas Strip is not an easy business. Amongst all the sparkle and brashness of the area, one can find a few eating places and even a museum where pets are welcome, but the nearest pet friendly hotels on Las Vegas Strip are at least nearly one-half a mile away from the strip.

The popular chain hotels and motels where pets are welcome do have pet friendly hotels on Las Vegas Strip or thereabouts. Although many of them charge an additional amount for letting pets stay, some do restrict them to certain areas and floors of the hotel. This may be a modest inconvenience for those who cannot be separated from their pets, even in Sin City.

Hawthorne Suites-The Strip is also a comfortable place to stay and is situated very near the Las Vegas Strip. Every room in this hotel is a suite and it offers client laundry, outside pool, gym room and other conveniences. They allow well behaved dogs to be brought in for an extra $25 per stay.

Guests seeking four star luxuries for themselves and their pets can opt for The Westin Casuarina Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa, which again is just one half mile away from the Strip. Another popular choice is the three-star Residence Inn by Marriott, which is handily located just three quarters of a mile from the center of the Strip. Also nearby, is the Residence Inn Las Vegas Convention Center by Marriott.

Those on a budget can always bring their pets to the two-star Super 8 Motel Las Vegas at the center of the Strip behind Bally’s. Candlewood Suites also allow pets to stay but only on their first floor and the pets are not allowed to be left alone.
